Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were really clean, well-equipped, and super comfy, just the way I needed them, but the bathroom noise could be a bother all night long. The service was a mix of extremely prompt and helpful along with some rudeness. The location was good, meeting my needs perfectly with a bonus of a heated pool, though there were some disappointments like bad dog treats and poorly maintained parking lots. The dining options could use some improvement, with limited choices, but overall, my stay was pleasant and I would consider coming back.
The hotel is a comfortable and cozy spot close to The Wild Center and Lake Placid. The rooms are clean and tidy, but there was a slight musty odor. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay quite enjoyable. The dining experience was good, and they even offered a free breakfast voucher. Overall, a great value for money option for various activities in the area.
The hotel is situated on a lovely pond offering a great view with seating available, although it was a bit farther from my initial expectations. The rooms on the 2nd floor were a good size, not too big, not too small, but they tended to get cold and had a musty odor. The location was good for visiting family in the area or skiing at Whiteface Mountain in the winter, with the added benefit of free amenities. The dining experience was satisfactory, with grab-and-go options and a voucher for a free breakfast at the onsite restaurant. Facilities were decent with minor drawbacks.
