Best Western Saranac Lake Hotel, Saranac Lake

The hotel rooms were really clean, well-equipped, and super comfy, just the way I needed them, but the bathroom noise could be a bother all night long. The service was a mix of extremely prompt and helpful along with some rudeness. The location was good, meeting my needs perfectly with a bonus of a heated pool, though there were some disappointments like bad dog treats and poorly maintained parking lots. The dining options could use some improvement, with limited choices, but overall, my stay was pleasant and I would consider coming back.

The hotel is a comfortable and cozy spot close to The Wild Center and Lake Placid. The rooms are clean and tidy, but there was a slight musty odor.
